sugar baby

It's day two of my no-added-sugar challenge. I think challenging yourself to make positive changes every once in a while is great. Only focusing on one thing at a time is less daunting than cutting out entire food groups or depriving yourself. No-modified-March faltered a bit, considering how difficult it was to not eat out, but at least I tried. And no-alcohol-April was a big challenge because Jenna and I couldn't resist Yardhouse and McCoy's, and the Flying Saucer card was tempting.

This one is easier to live by. Being at camp is scary when trying to stick to a healthy plan, but luckily my friend whips up delicious drinks if I need a sweet fix. This one is cucumber, green tea, lime, green apple, and spinach...and it wasn't bad!

Life can be sweet without sugar : )
