the dress
I went shopping in Raleigh, NC with my sister over my spring break. I was on a limited budget, so I thought going into a small hand-made item boutique wouldn't be a good idea.
BUT! This dress popped out to me on the sale rack - only because it was the last in that size, it was marked down to $30 (originally $65). It happens to be the only thing I bought for myself on my trip, besides edibles.
When I tried it on my sister said "This is the dress of your lifetime! You HAVE to get it!"
So I did. And I love it. It hits a couple inches above my knees. Would be great paired with nude wedged sandals.

Sweetheart neckline, something that I've never ever tried.
It's flowy, durable, and I love the vintage flowers in the print.

penthouse pink
L'oreal came out with a new line of nail polishes and I went for this one.
This one is "penthouse pink" and it's a very girly pastel. It's a great year-round classic color.
